Innocent OKeyoh is a seasoned professional in business operations, currently serving as an Inbound, Training and Quality Assurance Specialist at One Acre Fund since April 2024. Prior experience includes holding various managerial roles at Calltronix (K) Ltd. from July 2019 to April 2024, encompassing Operations Manager, Training & Development Manager, and Team Lead. Innocent began a career at Calltronix (K) Ltd. in 2017 as a Tele Sales and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, experience includes leading a call center team at Telkom Orange Kenya Limited and working as a Sales Assistant at Synergy Corporation Limited. Innocent holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from The Technical University of Kenya, completed in 2015.
