Marika West

Marika West serves as the Chief of Staff for the Technology Division at One Acre Fund, where efforts include transforming the technical infrastructure for 4 million annual customers and managing a $6 million budget. With a robust background in business intelligence and operations, Marika has held numerous leadership positions within the organization, including Interim Director of IT Operations and Interim Head of Product Management, where initiatives led to improved team performance, strategic KPI definition, and a clearer product roadmap. Previous experience includes key analytical roles at Mather Economics LLC and founding a nonprofit microfinance organization. Marika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College and has pursued post-baccalaureate studies in Mathematics at Georgia State University.
