Rodgers Kweyuh

Rodgers Kweyuh has over a decade of experience in business operations, primarily with One Acre Fund since January 2012. As Kenya System Deputy Lead and former Head of Business Operations, Kweyuh played a critical role in achieving a 15% CAGR for the Kenya program, targeting 1.25 million customers by 2023. Kweyuh led the Input Deliveries working group, impacting approximately 530,000 smallholder farm families, and developed successful COVID response solutions with a 90% success rate on significant revenue portfolios. Notably, Kweyuh transformed the farmer loan repayment process to a fully cashless system, dramatically reducing fraud and enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Officer at Nielsen. Kweyuh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Moi University.
