Janita Lagasca is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive experience in the Washington housing market, having worked with AgencyOne Realty South and One Agency Real Estate Group since January 2012, and previously with The Force Realty from February 2008 to June 2022. Janita specializes in home sales across a wide range of locations including West Seattle, Burien, and Tacoma. In addition to real estate, Janita founded Evergreen Prison Ministry in 1996, focusing on collecting Bibles and Christian literature for prisons in Washington and the Philippines.
