Paul Davies

Paul Davies is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. As the Founder and CEO of One Agency Real Estate Group since May 2008, Paul established a simple and effective model allowing members to retain 100% of their commissions. Prior to this role, Paul created and managed Paul Davies Property from 2004 to 2007 and owned PRD Nationwide Mosman for eight years. Additionally, Paul operated Professional Property Partners concurrently with PRD Nationwide from 2001 to 2003, and owned Ray White Balgowlah/Seaforth for ten years. Paul's career in real estate began at Lidan Realty, where initial roles included Property Manager and Sales Agent, following a start as a Letting Clerk at Charles Sibley Real Estate.
