James Dougherty

James Dougherty is a board member at One America Works. James has previously worked at HomeBreeze, Inex One, Ren Energy, Thursday Boot Company, Sana Benefits, and Community Capital Technology. In November 2016, they became an entrepreneur in residence at Family Office and built three businesses over a 10 month period. From August 2016 to September 2019, they were the US partner at Capvision. From October 2013 to June 2015, they were the president, co-founder, and director at Capvision International. From December 2011 to October 2013, they were the VP of global operations at Capvision International. From November 2009 to December 2011, they were the VP of global sales at Capvision International.

James Dougherty is a Chinese language teacher at Miami University. James received their undergraduate degree from Zhejiang University in China.
