Amy Klippert

Amy Klippert is an experienced program manager with a strong background in training, development, and operational compliance. Currently serving as Program Manager for Onboarding & Learning at ONE since April 2020, Amy leads the creation and improvement of onboarding programs and training strategies for new hires. Previous roles include Program Manager for Core Operations and Human Resources Generalist at ONE, and Program Manager for Volunteerism at The Rescue Mission, where Amy managed a large volunteer program and oversaw training initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Green Dot Public Schools and Shared Housing Services, focusing on community engagement and program operations. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Southern Nazarene University.
