Priya Hoopes

Priya Hoopes currently serves as Product Counsel at One, a fintech company backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Priya held multiple positions at Stash from September 2017 to March 2024, including Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel, Director of Product & Regulatory Counsel, and Product & Compliance Counsel. Priya's experience also includes roles at Goldman Sachs as Compliance Associate and Compliance Counsel from October 2012 to September 2017. Earlier career positions include Summer Associate at Perry, Krumsiek & Jack LLP in 2011, Legal Intern at Ameritas in 2010, and Research Analyst at Advisory Board from October 2007 to August 2009. Priya holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Life Science from Penn State University.
