Thomas Hoare

Thomas Hoare is an accomplished executive with diverse experience across multiple sectors, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at ONE since 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held senior positions including Managing Director at BNY and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications at SAP. Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Command Group from 2009 to 2015, Thomas also served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and worked in the Office of the Chief of Staff at The White House. Thomas began a career in public service as a staff member and advisor on various political campaigns in Massachusetts. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Georgetown University.
