Iftekhar Hossain

Iftekhar Hossain has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Assistant to the representative of Monash University at IDP Education Pvt Ltd Bangladesh, where they counseled prospective students, translated queries, and assessed qualifications for application acceptance. From 2012 to 2013, they interned at Robi Axiata Limited, where they checked customer complaints and planned antenna adjustments. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a CDR Specialist at eduaid - Immigration Services, where they prepared and finalized Competency Demonstration Reports and coordinated with Engineers Australia. From 2017 to the present, Iftekhar has held multiple roles at ONE Bank Limited, including Principal Officer and Senior Officer, where they focused on data extraction and analysis, scrutinizing trade documents, processing payments, and assisting relationship managers in the credit department. Overall, Iftekhar Hossain has developed a strong skill set in data analysis, document scrutiny, coordination, and customer service throughout their work experience.

Iftekhar Hossain completed a GCE O Level at Maple Leaf International School in 2007, studying Bengali, Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics B, Physics, and Pure Mathematics. In 2008-2009, they pursued a GCE A Level at Maple Leaf International School, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. From 2010 to 2013, Iftekhar attended Universiti Monash Malaysia, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Systems. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued an MBA in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Dhaka. Additionally, Iftekhar obtained several certifications in Problem-Solving Techniques, Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, and Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners from LinkedIn in 2023.
