Safa Hossain

Safa Hossain is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service and collections. Currently serving as a Collection Officer at ONE Bank Limited since April 2022, Safa previously worked at ShopUp in various roles, including Customer Service Executive and intern in the Customer Experience Department. Additional experience includes positions as a Barista at Sweet & Savoury and Chef at Jaadur Cafe, as well as an Event Organizer during a tenure at SERAC Bangladesh. Safa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eden Mohila College, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
