Shlomit Ohana

Shlomit Ohana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, sales, and marketing, currently serving as COO of the Inspire division at One BI since November 2020. In this role, Shlomit is responsible for comprehensive HR activities throughout the employment life cycle and participates in strategic planning for business success. Prior to this position, Shlomit held the title of VP of HR, Sales & Marketing at Inspire Bar Technologies from 2013 to 2020, providing full-spectrum HR management and strategic consulting. Shlomit's career began as a Human Resources Recruiter at Etgar Human Resources, and progressed through various roles including Marketing and Administration Manager at the Knesset and Account Manager at Extreme Group, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, administration, and organizational management. Shlomit holds a B.A. in Sociology, Anthropology, and Philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
