Tom Hill is an experienced Sales and Operations Director currently managing a team of over 100 people at One Broker Group since September 2022, specializing in the launch and management of exclusive off-plan development projects in the UAE. Prior to this role, Tom served as Key Account Sales Manager at Bayut.com from April 2019 to October 2022 and held the position of Area Sales Manager at Rightmove from November 2010 to February 2019. Earlier career roles include Online Sales Manager at Media Wales Trinity Mirror and Sales Manager at The Gift Design Company. Tom holds a degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Wales, Cardiff, an HND from St David College, and completed secondary education at Llanishen High School.
