Shaneka Ross MBA, MS, NP-BC, NP-C, CMSRN is an experienced nursing professional who currently serves as the Director of Nursing Operations at One Brooklyn Health. With a background in clinical resource management and nursing leadership roles, Shaneka has a strong foundation in healthcare finance, patient outcomes, and capacity optimization.
