Jay Krueger

As Chief Executive Officer, Jay Krueger leads one of the largest and most dynamic organizations in the workers’ compensation industry. With 23 years of experience in healthcare – and 14 of those years dedicated to workers’ compensation – he possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of the importance of One Call’s mission and the impact that we have on improving the health and well-being of injured workers.

Prior to his position as CEO, Jay joined One Call as President in 2021. In that role, he led operations, product development, and provider relations, ensuring high-quality care coordination across One Call’s comprehensive suite of services. In 2019, Jay first joined One Call as a member of the Board of Directors, a position he still maintains today.
