Aliya Dossayeva

Aliya Dossayeva has a strong background in business analysis. Aliya is currently working as a Business Analyst at One Click LCA since February 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Astound Commerce as a Business Analyst from November 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they held a Business Analyst position at Tengizchevroil from February 2021 to November 2021. From February 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Business Analyst Team Lead at ТОО iSate, and from January 2018 to January 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst in the same company. Earlier in their career, Aliya worked at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc. as an Associate in Delivery Services. During their time there from December 2015 to September 2017, they effectively managed project delivery, collaborated on creating and analyzing surveys, and presented findings to project teams and clients from major pharmaceutical companies.

Aliya Dossayeva holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Aliya has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Aliya obtained a certification in Product Management from Kolesa Group in June 2021. Aliya also completed certifications in Client Needs and Software Requirements, Introduction to Software Product Management, Software Processes and Agile Practices, and Agile Business Analysis from reputable online platforms such as Coursera and Udemy. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Managing Projects & Portfolios with Microsoft PPM from Microsoft in January 2019.
