Irina Nordström

Irina Nordström has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Irina has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in human resources and people management.

In 2008, they began their career as an Assistant at MPS Finland Consulting Oy, where they provided customer service, organized events, and managed aptitude assessments.

In 2009, they joined Metsä Tissue as an ERP Project Assistant, where they oversaw practical arrangements for a global ERP project, including financial and office tasks.

From 2011 to 2014, Nordström worked at Rautaruukki Oyj, initially starting as an HR Trainee and later becoming an HR Coordinator. Irina was responsible for developing the company's employer brand, focusing on digital marketing and organizing recruitment processes.

In 2014, they moved to SSAB as an HR Specialist, where they continued their work in employer branding, recruitment, and HR reporting.

In 2016, Nordström joined Eficode as an HR Manager, implementing HR processes and participating in change management and cultural integration during the company's growth phase. Irina later became the Head of People Operations/HR Director, leading a team of 12 people professionals and driving global people practices.

In December 2013, they worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at SATS ELIXIA, contributing to fitness classes.

Currently, since March 2023, they hold the role of Director, People & Culture at One Click LCA, where they oversee all people processes and is a member of the management team.

Irina Nordström completed their education at various institutions and obtained different degrees. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Oulu, where they obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Organisation. In 2022, they furthered their education by attending the BCI Business Coaching Institute Finland, where they became a Certified Business Coach. Prior to their university studies, they completed their secondary education at Raahen lukio from 2002 to 2005, where they received a Matriculation degree. Additionally, they pursued their interest in fitness by obtaining a Group Fitness Instructor certification from SAFE Education.
