Travis Rodgers started their work experience in 1994 as an MIS Summer Intern at Quantum Corporation. Travis then founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mustang Technology Inc., where they built computers, websites, and networks for students and local businesses. In 1998, they sold the company. Travis went on to work at Oracle Corporation as an Account Manager, assisting in selling software and closing over $240 million in sales revenue. Travis joined Taleo Corp. in 2002 as a Sales representative, growing the sales pipeline by 400%. Travis later became a Manager at ADP, where they managed sales and achieved 210% of their quota. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Manager at Saba Software, achieving an average quote achievement of 167%. Travis then joined IBM in 2011 and became the top sales representative, achieving 240% of quota in 2014. In 2022, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Revere Partners, identifying opportunities for investors and providing capital for innovative projects. Travis is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OneClick Referral, a company that offers referral management for healthcare.

Travis Rodgers completed their Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing, Management) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Santa Clara University from 1992 to 1993. Travis completed their high school education at Los Gatos High School from 1988 to 1992. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University, starting in 2020.
