Previously, Michael held the role of Director of Human Resources and Operations at Talleco, successfully setting up the HR department, achieving zero labor cases, and increasing headcount by 200% during COVID restrictions. Michael's extensive HR experience spans roles in various companies, including Qualfon, Sykes, and Pejman Inc., with a strong focus on recruitment processes, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of San Carlos, complemented by a Secondary Education diploma from the University of Southern Philippines Foundation.
