Nirmala Bridgelalsingh

Nirmala Bridgelalsingh is a bilingual professional with extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Junior Customer Service Specialist at one.com since February 2022, Nirmala provides support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing overall customer experience. Prior to this role, Nirmala worked as a Teacher III for Spanish and French across multiple secondary schools from 2014 to 2021, focusing on developing students' language skills and managing educational activities. Nirmala also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Institute of International Relations, University of the West Indies, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and French from the same institution.
