Laura has extensive experience in network administration, IT training, system setup and configuration, and user support. Prior to this, Laura held positions such as Network System Administrator at Bailey's, Inc., Freelance QA at Square Enix, and Lead QA Engineer at E22 Alloy. Laura's background also includes roles at Deluxe Digital Studios, Luma Pictures, Inhance Digital, Sony Computer Entertainment America, and Alameda Hospital, where Laura provided various levels of IT support. Laura received their education from Northwestern Technical College and California State University-Sacramento.
