Robert Beaudry has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Robert is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at One Community Health Sacramento since June 2022. Previously, from April 2019 to June 2022, they worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at the California Primary Care Association. Robert also took on the role of Acting President and CEO from June 2021 to March 2022 within the same organization.

Prior to that, Beaudry held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the California Primary Care Association from February 2007 to April 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising directors and CFO, and managing a budget of $15 million.

Before joining the California Primary Care Association, Beaudry served as the Director of Facilities and IT at Saramento Children's Home from 2004 to 2007. Robert also worked as the Director of Operations at River Oak Center for Children from 1999 to 2004.

Earlier in their career, Beaudry held the role of IT/Office Manager at Victor Treatment Centers from 1991 to 1999 and worked as an Operations Officer at Wells Fargo Bank from 1990 to 1991. Robert began their professional journey as a Manager at Toys R Us from 1981 to 1989.

Through their diverse experiences, Beaudry has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in organizational management, strategy development, operations, and budgeting.

Robert Beaudry earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Regis University, from 2002 to 2006.
