Sara Delaney, MSN, MPH, FNP-C, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in addiction medicine and primary care. Currently serving as an Addiction Nurse Practitioner at One Community Health Sacramento, Sara provides comprehensive care for individuals using drugs, including low-barrier buprenorphine services for opioid use disorder.
