Ralph Welsch-Lehmann, CPA, MBA has over 29 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Ralph began their career in 1992 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Finance Manager. In 1996, they began working for Deutsche Bank as a Finance Director for Internal Controls. Ralph then took on roles as Finance Director for Private Clients & Asset Management, Head of Business Management for Private Clients & Asset Management, and Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2011, they became the Chief Operating, Financial & Administrative Officer for DB Private Equity. In 2019, they joined Kline Hill Partners LP as a Senior Operations Adviser / Interim COO and One Earth Rising\u2122 as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2020, they were a Chief Financial Officer for both Point Hospitality Group and Yang Capital. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Consulting CFO for Burkland and the Chief Financial Officer for Fiduciary Co-investment Partners LLP.

Ralph Welsch-Lehmann, CPA, MBA has a diverse education history. Ralph holds an MBA from James Madison University, where they studied Finance & Marketing. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they studied Finance & Accounting. Ralph also has several certifications, including the Growth CFO Impact Financial Management Certification from Foresight CFO obtained in March 2020, the Zero to Dangerous certification from Flow Research Collective obtained in 2020, and a Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Education Dept - Office of the Professions.
