April Conrad

April Conrad has a diverse work experience. April is currently working as a Digital Marketing Operations & Traffic Manager at One Firefly since June 2021. In this role, they oversee production for numerous projects, manages high-velocity teams, and takes on marketing operations responsibilities.

Before that, April worked at Rakuten Advertising, where they held two positions. From September 2018 to June 2021, they served as a Digital Project Manager, handling priority clients, managing projects, and utilizing automation tools. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Integration Engineer from May 2015 to September 2018, where they assisted clients with complex integrations, established processes for efficiency, and managed multiple integrations simultaneously.

April has also worked at Progrexion as a Front End QA Engineer from September 2014 to May 2015. Their responsibilities included testing webpages and ensuring product quality within an agile development life cycle.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Lexington Law, first as a Client Services Manager from February 2013 to September 2014, and then as a Manager-Post Marketing Group from July 2012 to February 2013. In these roles, they focused on team development, client attrition reduction, and improving service levels.

April's work experience also includes roles at Lexington Law Firm, where they worked as a Family Law Paralegal from January 2010 to July 2012, and as an Executive Administrative Assistant from November 2008 to January 2010.
