Michelle Davies has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Michelle most recently worked at one • fıve as the VP of People, where they contributed to the company's mission of providing circular and cleaner packaging solutions. Prior to that, Michelle served as an Operations Advisor at Unmanned Life, leveraging their expertise to support operational processes.

Before joining one • fıve and Unmanned Life, Michelle worked at Wefarm as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for building the People function and supporting business scale. Michelle'srole quickly evolved to encompass leadership of the wider Operational functions of the company. Michelle also held positions as VP of Operations and VP of People at Wefarm.

Michelle's experience in leadership and People operations extends further back to their time at Phrasee, where they served as the VP of People for over two years. Prior to that, they held VP of People and Human Resources Manager roles at DueDil.

Michelle's early career includes a tenure at No Limits Group, where they held various roles with increasing responsibility. Michelle served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing Human Resources responsibilities within the organization, which consisted of three distinct business units focusing on brand distribution partnerships, Canadian 3PL warehousing, and brand ownership. Michelle also served as the Human Resources & Administration Manager, Credit Assistant, and Receptionist during their time at No Limits Group.

Michelle Davies has a Management Certificate in Human Resources and a Management Certificate in Event Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
