Sandy Aldarondo began their work experience in 1997 as an AP & AR Coordinator at SHL Group Ltd., where they were responsible for producing monthly financial reports, managing postings and adjustments, and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. In 1999, they joined Hill Holliday Advertising as a Director - AP and Media Accounting. During their time there, they implemented a digital process for account payables, collaborated with the IT department to upgrade billing and payable systems, managed a team of 5, and successfully handled internal and external audits. Sandy worked closely with the billing department, prepared monthly A/P reports for senior management, reviewed and implemented changes to policies and procedures, and developed employee development plans. Additionally, they built and expanded relationships with larger vendors.
Sandy Aldarondo attended Boston Latin School from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Diploma. After completing high school, they enrolled in the Wentworth Institute of Technology to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering from an unspecified start year until 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Sandy obtained a Notary Public certification from Massachusetts in June 2017.
