Snigdha Penmetsa

Snigdha Penmetsa has a diverse range of work experience. In 2023, they worked as a SaaS Operations Intern at Workiva and as an Investment Analyst Intern at the University System of Maryland. In 2022, they held multiple positions at One for the World, including Vice President of Student Ambassadors and Student Ambassador. Snigdha also worked as a Net+ Fellow at the University of Maryland and as a Software Engineer Intern at CoStar Group. In 2021, Snigdha served as the VP of Marketing at Smith Finance Group, a Sales Associate at The North Face, and an International Orientation Leader at the University of Maryland. Snigdha also worked as an Extern at VEDA BIOFUEL LIMITED. Additionally, Snigdha was a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, where they conducted research on the topic of Stare Decisis in California's pension system, resulting in a published article.

Snigdha Penmetsa started their education journey in 2016 at Quince Orchard High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2020. Following that, from 2020 to 2024, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Snigdha also concurrently pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies at the University of Maryland from 2021 to 2024. As part of their educational experience, in 2022 they participated in a Student Exchange program at Bayes Business School, focusing on Finance, General. In May 2021, they received the U21 Global Citizenship certification from Common Purpose.
