Megan Lame

Megan Lame is an accomplished Process Improvement Analyst II at ONE Gas since November 2023, and previously served as Business Analyst Manager at Cisive from May 2019 to November 2023, leading teams to enhance documentation and create standardized project plans for scalable implementations. During their tenure at Cisive, Megan also managed ATS Integration Migration projects and played a significant role in the standardization of software implementations. Earlier experience includes positions as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Product Support Specialist at Symplicity Corporation, where Megan focused on testing and client troubleshooting, and positions at The University of Tulsa as a Recruiting Coordinator and Residence Hall Director. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Illinois University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas.
