Lakeisha Charley

Lakeisha Charley, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Onboarding and LMS Manager at One GI® since July 2023. Previously, Lakeisha held the position of Director Human Resources Payroll Manager at Pensacola Health Partners from April 2022 to July 2023 and served as Human Resources Manager at Gulf Coast Health Care from June 2018 to July 2023, overseeing HR functions for approximately 6,000 employees. Earlier in the career, Lakeisha worked as a Human Resources Generalist at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Team Leader at Covenant Hospice, where responsibilities included directing day-to-day HR operations. Lakeisha began the HR journey as a Human Resources Coordinator at Community Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. in June 2004.
