Rochelle Fleming is a food safety and compliance expert with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the National Food Safety and Compliance Lead at One Harvest since January 2017, Rochelle has also held the position of Food Safety and Compliance Manager. Prior to this role, Rochelle worked at Australian Bakels as a QA Technologist from October 2010 to December 2016. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Western Sydney University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
