Marilyn Massaro, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at One Health Direct since February 2022. Marilyn has held the role of Director of Post-Secondary Programs at Collier County Public Schools since May 2013. Additionally, a Learning and Development Consultant role was fulfilled while contracted with PwC from February 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Celebrity Cruises from December 2006 to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing all learning and development aspects for various organizational units. Further experience at AstraZeneca spanned from June 1995 to June 2005, during which multiple roles such as Curriculum Strategist and District Sales Manager were undertaken. Marilyn obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Tampa College and a Certificate in Human Resources Development from Florida Atlantic University. A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science was earned from Kensington University.
