Rodolph Durand

Rodolph Durand currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at IFF, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Rodolph worked as a Coach at Veterans Coaching Project from January 2024 to January 2025 and as the Talent and Learning Manager at VNS Health from August 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing talent processes and learning programs. Rodolph also led learning and development strategy at SecurityScorecard for a brief period in early 2022 and acted as the Lead Learning Partner at Indeed.com from December 2019 to December 2021, focusing on employee development across various initiatives. Rodolph holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Albizu University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University.
