Jason Sklenar

Jason Sklenar is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and informatics. Currently serving as an Informatics Optimization Specialist at ONE Health Ohio since January 2023, Jason previously held multiple nursing positions at Mercy Health from June 2015 to December 2022, including roles as an Intensive Care Nurse in a Medical Intensive Care Unit and as an Intermediate Registered Nurse in a cardiac telemetry unit. Jason began the nursing career as a Nurse Associate while also engaging in car detailing and landscaping from July 2007 to August 2015. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Youngstown State University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and a diploma with certificates from Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School, completed in 2011.
