Maxine MacKintosh

Maxine Mackintosh currently serves as a Fellow at Sciana | The Health Leaders Network and holds the position of Co-Founder and Co-Director at One HealthTech. Additionally, Maxine is a Visiting Researcher and Organiser for the Health Equity Special Interest Group at The Alan Turing Institute and Co-Founder of Data Science for Health Equity. As Programme Lead for Diverse Data at Genomics England, and a Non Executive Director at Eastern AHSN, Maxine has made significant contributions to health equity. Academic roles include serving as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Oxford and a Research Fellow at The Health Foundation. Maxine's research background includes postdoctoral work at The Alan Turing Institute and consultancy with the World Health Organization. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Dementia/Data Science from both UCL and The Alan Turing Institute, as well as MSc degrees in Health Policy from LSE and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BSc in Neuroscience & Pharmacology from UCL.
