The Property and Development team at One Heritage Group PLC oversees the entire lifecycle of property projects, from acquisition to completion. The Property Acquisition Manager identifies and secures promising residential sites, the Development Surveyor assesses project viability and cost, and the Architectural Technician designs and optimizes building plans.
