Sebastian Knuth

Sebastian Knuth has a diverse work history with experience in human resources and sales. Sebastian started their career at Heim & Haus, where they worked as an apprentice industrial clerk before transitioning into sales roles. Sebastian then took on a role in the sales support department, with a focus on recruiting. In 2018, Sebastian joined ONE HIRING, a HR-Tech platform specializing in tech and finance candidate placement in professional services. Sebastian started as an internal recruitment consultant and quickly advanced to become an HR manager. Currently, Sebastian holds the position of Head of People & Culture at ONE HIRING, where they are responsible for revolutionizing recruitment through digitalization and blending AI-based matching algorithms with the expertise of Success Consultants.
