Vincent Efferoth

Vincent Efferoth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vincent is currently the Head of Operations at ONE HIRING, an HR-Tech platform specializing in the placement of Tech & Finance candidates. Prior to this, Vincent co-founded and served as the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Tea Venture Limited, where they led various areas such as People & Culture, Organizational Infrastructure, and New Product Development. During their time at Tea Venture, the business grew to a valuation of over £6 million, expanded to three international markets, and had a team of 12 employees. Vincent also worked as a Management Consultant at Grosse-Hornke Private Consult and held various roles at UCB, including Human Resources PMO and Controlling Trainee. Vincent has a solid background in HR project management, talent development, apprentice management, budget planning, reporting, and variance analysis. Vincent also completed a Commercial Apprentice Industry & International Management Study at FOM while apprenticing at UCB, where they gained exposure to different departments such as accounting, marketing, human resources, and corporate communication.

Vincent Efferoth's education history begins in 2009 when they attended the Junior Management School, receiving a Chamber of Commerce (IHK) degree. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an apprentice/industrial clerk at UCB Pharma GmbH. In 2010, they also enrolled at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Management, completing it in 2014. In 2015, Vincent furthered their education by attending Newcastle University, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship in 2016. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued the EO ACCELERATOR program at Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO) London, enhancing their entrepreneurial skills.
