Janmarie Kent Kabat

Janmarie Kent Kabat is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at One Hope United since July 2023. Previous roles include Associate HR Manager and Education and Training Manager at Mondelēz International, as well as Human Resource Manager from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to joining Mondelēz, Janmarie held leadership positions at Magna Exteriors Belvidere, including Leadership Development Manager and Employee Development Coordinator, as well as Training and Development Coordinator at Nascote Industries. Janmarie also served as an ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditor and Training Specialist at Nascote. Academically, Janmarie earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from McKendree University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mid-Continent University.
