Louis Biron

Louis Biron has extensive work experience in various industries. Louis started their career as a Project Engineer at Hydro-Québec, where they managed multiple construction and refurbishment projects for power plants. After that, they worked as a Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where they provided consulting services to major European multinationals. Louis also collaborated with Value Partners on joint projects.

Following their time at OC&C, Louis joined Air & Water Technologies (AWT), which is Vivendi's US Subsidiary. In this role, they analyzed various businesses and provided recommendations for investments, divestitures, and acquisitions.

Most recently, Louis served as the COO of One Horn Transportation, where they played a crucial role in their award-winning transportation brokerage. The company offered a generous compensation plan, sign-on incentives, and annual performance incentives.

Louis Biron has an educational background in engineering and computer science. Louis obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Architecture from Polytechnique Montréal from 1988 to 1991. Finally, Louis completed their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from HEC Paris between 1991 and 1993.
