Chris Baumann

Chris Baumann founded CommonGround in August 2017 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, in May 2012, they became the President and Owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. In January 2018, they joined Jim Maloof/Realtor as a Real Estate Broker and held this position until April 2022.

Chris Baumann attended Morton High School from 1996 to 2000. Chris then pursued further education at Illinois Central College from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they attended Illinois State University from 2002 to 2004, studying Construction Management.
