Roy Koldaro has extensive experience in various industries and roles. Roy started their career as an Assistant IT Coordinator at the University of Maryland, where they managed a Windows Server-based network and provided computer support to students. Roy then moved on to StudentCity.com, where they excelled as an On-Campus Sales and Marketing Manager, leading the nation in sales and managing a team of 200 representatives.
Afterwards, Koldaro joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant, specializing in Customer Relationship Management and Strategy. Roy developed and implemented CRM technology solutions for government agencies and received a Performance Excellence Award for their service and leadership.
Koldaro then transitioned to SenecaOne Finance, where they served as a Sales Operations Manager and a Senior Annuity Specialist/Account Manager. Roy was responsible for improving operational efficiency, negotiating transactions, and generating over $1 million in sales.
Next, Koldaro joined BofI Federal Bank as the VP, Director of Sales, and later became the Director of Business Development. In these roles, they managed the creation and growth of the Specialty Finance division, overseeing marketing, recruiting, training, and sales efforts.
Most recently, Koldaro joined Global Equity Finance as the Vice President of Lending and Director of the First Choice Mortgage Team. Roy was highly ranked as a Mortgage Loan Originator and led a top-performing mortgage team licensed in various states.
In the future, Koldaro will take on the role of President in the San Diego Territory for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
Roy Koldaro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Maryland from 2003 to 2007. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The George Washington University School of Business from 2010 to 2013. In September 2013, they obtained a certification in "Hiring for Attitude" from Leadership IQ.
