Pauline Davis

Board Member at One Housing

In June 2014 Pauline retired from her role as Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director at Hull City Council. Previously, she worked in Nottingham and Liverpool both for the NHS and Local Government. She has led multi-million-pound regeneration projects and programmes such as New Deal for Communities, Housing Market Renewal, Building Schools for the Future, Hull Extra Care Housing PFI scheme and Economic Development. Her role as Director of Regeneration in Hull included leadership of the Council’s 26,000 unit housing stock, repairs and maintenance services and heading up the successful bid for City of Culture 2017.

Pauline has a Master’s degree in Public Health and has worked across education, housing, health and regeneration during her 33-year career. Pauline is an Honorary Member of the Faculty of Public Health. She spent a number of years as a school governor and was a Non–Executive Director of Wirral Primary Care Trust. She is currently a member of Derbyshire Health United.
