Dan Peterson

Dan Peterson, CISSP, serves as the Sr. Principal Software Engineer and Lead Architect in Research and Development at One Identity since November 2016, focusing on the development of Privileged Access Management products. Prior to this role, Dan was a Founding Partner at Implbits Software LLC from January 2010 to February 2021, where product portfolios were developed and promoted. Dan also held the position of Software Development Principal Engineer at Dell following its acquisition of Quest Software in September 2012, and was a Product Architect for privileged access management. Dan's career began at Vintela, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where the Vintela Group Policy product was co-invented, and includes various roles in software engineering and consulting from 2002 to 2021. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, earned between 1998 and 2005.
