Joel Freeman

Joel Freeman is a versatile professional with extensive experience in UX and product design, currently overseeing all design work for the Active Roles product line at One Identity since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joel served as a Graduate Project Engineer at DigitME2, providing software and UX solutions for SMEs in the NorthWest. Joel's technical background includes a tenure at the University of Central Lancashire, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating technical operations at a new campus to managing software deployment and network systems. Previous roles at CSC involved advancing desktop support and software delivery, while earlier work included managerial and administrative positions in retail and banking. Joel holds a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions and a BA (Hons) in Moving Image, Film and Media from the University of Central Lancashire.
