Sarthak Kala

Sarthak Kala is an experienced program manager currently leading creator acquisition at OneClub, a talent management platform powered by One Impression. Previously, Sarthak was part of the founding team at Covvalent, focusing on product and supply strategy, and served as manager of business operations and strategy at Fashinza. An early career as a business analyst at Auctus Advisors was preceded by leadership roles in various academic councils at IIT Delhi, including general secretary of the Co-Curricular and Academic Interaction Council and overall coordinator for TRYST. Sarthak holds a dual degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has prior educational experience at Shiv Jyoti Senior Secondary School and St. Paul's Convent School.
