Brian Kincaid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and enterprise customer experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Customer Experience at One Inc since February 2021, Brian focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and product utilization. Previously, as Head of Customer Success Operations at PlusPlus, Brian drove a 100% retention rate and secured significant new recurring revenue. Notable achievements at DialSource include leading a successful onboarding department and generating substantial enterprise bookings.
