Kathleen Ervin is an experienced marketing and account management professional with a robust background in client relations and revenue generation. Currently serving as Director of Client Account Management at One, Inc. since January 2022, Kathleen has previously held senior roles including Director of Partner Account Management at Heartland, where Kathleen managed a significant transition during the TSYS/Global Payment merger for major trade associations. Kathleen's tenure at TSYS involved leading a relationship management team responsible for business development across numerous trade associations, while earlier roles at Solveras, Inc., Cool Springs Press, and Marians of the Immaculate Conception showcased expertise in marketing strategy and digital transformation. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Industrial Psychology, Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in driving growth through innovative account strategies and collaboration across business functions.
