Megan Ackerson

Megan Ackerson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at One Inc since May 2025, Megan previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Xactly Corp, a Vista Equity Partners company, from October 2021 to May 2025. In addition to their corporate roles, Megan served as a Board Member for XactlyOne Foundation from 2024 to May 2025. Prior to these positions, Megan was the Chief People Officer at Brillio, a Bain Capital company, where strategic talent initiatives supported significant growth. Earlier in their career, Megan held several HR leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, leading a global HR business partner team and managing HR mergers and acquisitions, and at Cisco Systems, where a redesign of global HR operations resulted in substantial cost savings. Megan holds a degree from Santa Clara University.
