Melissa Palmer

Melissa Palmer brings over 25 years of experience building high-performing teams delivering exceptional execution and value for customers to One Inc. During her career, she has served in several roles including Chief of Staff, Client Delivery, Business Transformation, and Project Management Practice leader. In these positions, she has been instrumental in building a delivery model that conveys execution confidence and transparency with customers.

At One Inc, Melissa will lead and set strategic direction for the Implementation and Delivery teams. She will drive improvement and streamline customer onboarding processes to enable faster implementations and attain customer success and revenue sooner.

Melissa earned her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
